Boot camp is about building your culinary muscles. Knowing how to make healthy snacks and finger foods is a great tool to have in your chef’s toolbox. Chef Kate will walk you through the building blocks of both. You will have plenty of opportunities to experiment and build you own culinary intuition. Class will end with a family style meal to enjoy the fruits of our labors.
