Freshness Schedule

Here is a list of what comes in and when it is freshest:

• Milk and Cheese Curds-Castle Rock Dairy-Wednesday
• Chicken and Eggs-Callister Farms-Thursday
• Trout-Sun Prairie Trout Farms-Friday
• Mississippi Greens-Dragsmith Farms-Tuesday and Friday
• Bread-Bread, Coffee and Cake-Baked Fresh Everyday

Not only are these products incredibly fresh but they are also packaged in smaller quantities to meet the needs of our North Loop neighbors.  Most of the products in the store can also be special ordered.....just let Ann know what you need and your order is just a phone call away.
